At WEP Clinical, we offer comprehensive Mobile Nursing solutions for Sponsors, CROs, and clinical trial sites around the globe. Our mission is to ease the burdens placed on all study stakeholders by allowing patients to participate in clinical trials from the comfort of their own homes.

We offer our clients a cross-functional study team, ensuring our Mobile Nurses and Mobile Nursing Project Managers (PMs) are supported throughout the duration of the study, so we can deliver superior service and efficiency.

A critical part of this study team is our Clinical Nursing Visit Coordinators. The work we do helps keep all aspects of home care visits running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. Our work is at the intersection of coordination, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Ensuring Seamless Visit Preparation

Our commitment begins prior to a home care visit taking place. As Clinical Nursing Visit Coordinators we are responsible for organizing behind the scenes. From arranging courier services and shipping lab kits to verifying equipment functionality and confirming documentation, we meticulously manage every logistical detail. Our proactive communication with PMs, study sites, and Mobile Nurses ensures that nothing is left to chance.

Each calendar invite sent, each confirmation made, and each shipment tracked contributes to one shared goal, empowering our Mobile Nurses to focus fully on delivering quality patient care.

Supporting Nurses and Maintaining Quality Standards

Looking beyond the logistics, Clinical Nursing Visit Coordinators serve as a point of contact for our Mobile Nursing team and PMs. Prior to all visits, we schedule a time to meet with assigned mobile nurses and PMs to review visit procedures, address any questions or concerns, and confirm visit readiness.

During and after visits, we work directly with the Mobile Nurses and PMs to ensure study procedures and follow-up activities are carried out efficiently and in-line with the study protocol. We take responsibility for quality control (QC) of all documentation, ensuring that source data is accurate, complete, and compliant with protocol standards. We then compile, file, and submit finalized visit documents electronically to the study site, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and transparency.

Driving Communication and Efficiency

As Clinical Nursing Visit Coordinators, we are often the main point of contact in the home healthcare visit process. We are the liaison between the sites, PMs, Mobile Nurses, couriers, and other vendors keeping all parties updated and aligned. This is especially important for complex studies or studies with fragile patient populations or tight turnaround times. We manage timelines, documentation flow, quality oversight and maintain the operational integrity of each visit while ensuring patients receive timely, well-coordinated care in their own homes.

Commitment to Excellence

At WEP Clinical, Clinical Nursing Visit Coordinators truly exemplify teamwork, precision to detail, and accountability. Having the ability to manage complex logistical and administrative tasks with professionalism and empathy makes us indispensable members of the Clinical Mobile Nursing team.

Through our hard work and dedication, we are able to help WEP Clinical deliver on its mission to provide flexible, patient centered clinical solutions that improve patient access to the care they deserve.

We don’t just coordinate visits; we help bring care home.
