Ethics and Compliance

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the ethical, legal, and quality standards we expect all suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers to uphold when working with WEP Clinical. It covers key areas including business integrity and anti-corruption, human rights and employment standards, health, safety and environmental responsibility, and product and patient safety. By partnering with us, all suppliers commit to conducting their operations in a manner consistent with these principles — supporting our mission to deliver safe, effective, and compliant clinical services with the highest standards of integrity.

MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

WEP Clinical is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have no place in our organisation or supply chains. Our Modern Slavery Statement, published in compliance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, outlines the measures we have in place to uphold this commitment — from our rigorous vendor selection process and zero-tolerance policies on exploitation and harassment, to mandatory ethical conduct training for all employees. We remain vigilant in fostering a fair, respectful, and humane working environment for everyone connected to our business.
