At WEP, our patient-centric approach ensures that all patients are provided with expert care throughout the study. Our committed in-house project managers maintain strong relationships with Sponsors, CROs and sites, focusing on the patient experience with a single point of contact for continuity of care.

Our Patient Coordinator and Resource Planning teams work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care. The Patient Coordinator team provides seamless support from pre-call to follow-up, for continuous care throughout the study.
Meanwhile, the Resource Planning team helps with matching the right nurse with each patient from the point of referral, ensuring timely, effective, and consistent care. Together, these teams enhance the success of clinical trials and patient satisfaction.
Warehousing & Distribution
Wren provides multiple solutions for the storage and global distribution of supplies needed for home visits. We have brick-and-mortar warehouse locations in:

We also have qualified pharma-grade 3PL partners strategically located in LATAM, EU, EEMEA and APAC. Our global coverage and courier partnerships ensure on-time delivery of supplies to other depots, clinical trial sites, patient homes, and central labs.
Logistics/Courier Support
WEP has partnerships with global couriers to cater to the needs of your home visit. We can coordinate IP delivery to patient homes, arrange returns, as well as coordinate sample collection to be shipped to a central lab.
WEP works with our trusted courier partners to provide any temperature range requirements to ensure sample integrity during transit.
